Sweet revenge for Chargers over Rajastan Royals

Deccan Chargers won quite convincingly over Royals in the second clash between the two teams .Deccan chargers choose to bat after winning the toss .DC’s  early loss came in the form of Adam Gilchrist .Gilchrist was out for an unfortunate LBW decision for a ball which pitched outside the leg stump. T.Summan who opened at the other end played some good shots in his 29 of 19 ball before he got out trying to hit another one over the boundary.Rohit Sharma was out stumped when he danced down the ground and completely missed the ball of Ravindra Jadeja. Symonds played well for his 30 of 19 balls especially coming hard against Shane Warne. A late charge by Dwayne Smith and Vaas helped DC reach a reasonably good total of 166 in the end particularly Dwayne Smith played well for his 47 runs of 32 balls.

Chasing 166 Rajsthan were never really comfortable right from the start .Graeme Smith was out LBW of the very first ball of Vaas who is playing his first match in the IPL-2 and bowled brilliantly for his 19-2.Rohit Sharma again picked up a three wicket haul.The only bastmen to offer some resistance is Asnodkar who made 44 runs.Besides Asnodkar only other players to reach two figuers are Jadeja and Naman Ojha

With this win DC are inching closer to Semi Final spot.
